I decided to start with a heavy, tungsten beaded buzzer bloodworm pattern on point, a more mobile bloodworm pattern on middle dropper and a small black cruncher on top dropper, all on a slow intermediate line.

Bloods run deep
There was a pretty strong wind at times but it was vary mild and when the sun came out it was very pleasant indeed. The odd fish showed near the surface towards 5pm but I think they were hitting the numerous minnows around the place.

Snatching opportunity
Not been up to much of late on the fishing front. I have been hoping to get out for a few hours on the Grayling but weather conditions and subsequently river levels put the kybosh on that. So I have done an immense amount of fly tying in the down days.
