The Curse- they’re here
It was nearing a flat calm when a fish took the top dropper and I was in. or thought I was, it seemed well hooked and I was bringing it in when as suddenly it was off. The fly and the line were all intact, no idea what the problem was, just not well hooked. It also made a right mess of my leader having taken the Kate so I decided to change flies. Also because fish were rising taking just under the surface and I was covered in the “Curse”; the Caenis are back, in their thousands.
