Looking upstream at the glide to be fished,
I headed out for a couple of hours on the river last night. I haven’t been river fishing for a wee while, partly due to the weather, as its been silly wet at times, and partly due to my arthritic feet which kind of limit my range and how long I can spend on them. But nonetheless decided a few hours on the river were on the cards. I decided to go upstream of where I usually fish, and while I have been at this location once before, that time I went down stream, this time I went up the way.
